What shipping service should I expect?
- Expect USPS Priority Mail when you package gets delivered. A signature will be required in order for your package to be released.
How long will shipping take?
- Orders and processed on Monday-Friday. For flat rate shipping please allow 7-14 business days for order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Store pickup is now available at checkout.
When will my tracking number update?
- You will receive your tracking number once your package is shipped with the carrier. Once you receive you tracking number it will update in 24 hours or less and will be able to track your package on USPS.com
I've placed my order already, but I need an exchange. What do I do?
- Once you have placed your order unfortunately I cannot be modified. Please reach out to Bianca via email or phone call asap if you have any concerns after placing an order. If your order has already processed you must wait to receive your package to exchange the items. An exchange will only occur when the package is returned to us unopened and untampered with. If we receive the package and it has been opened or tampered with we are not obligated to give a refund. No exceptions.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
- All sales are final. A refund will not be issued for returned packages for an exchange.
What origin does the hair come from?
- Our bundles are raw Vietnamese. Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair.
