Orders are processed only on business days Monday-Friday. For Flat Rate Shipping, please wait 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email on all updates
Once youve placed an order, unfortuantely you can not edit your order
If you order has been processed you must wait to receive your package to exhange your order
An exchange will occur ONLY when package and items havent been tampered with
When package is being returned safely please formally let us know "why" you need to exchange. A full refund excluding shipping fees will be issued through the original payment method you used when placing your original order.
If we receive the hair you want to exchange and it has been tampered with we are NOT obligated to give out a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS
